Registration Information
A registration and current shot records are required for all race participants. All Divisional Races (Puppy, Old School, and Adult) REQUIRE Pre-registration. Day-of registration on site is only available for the Masters Division. Advance registration is recommended for the Masters when possible. PLEASE NOTE that only dogs registered to participate in the Derby are allowed on the property according to the regulations of the venue. No other animals are permitted on the premises.
There are two convenient ways to register for the Derby...
You may use the Online Registration Form below, or you may print the Registration Form and mail it to us. Note: You must also print, sign & mail the Liability Waiver. Each Entry reqiures a separate entry form.
If you are using the multi-dog discount ( for every 3 paid dogs in the same family, get the 4th dog free) please print the registration forms and send payment to our mailing address.
By completing this Registration Form you are acknowledging that you have read the Venue & Race Format of the Florida Wiener Dog Derby and agree to abide by the rules contained therein, and by the rules of the facility in which the event is held.

When you submit your registration you will be taken to a Payment Page to complete the process.
2 for 1 Registration!
By pre-registering you get to enter TWO Divisions (Masters plus one other) for the single Registration fee of only $20.
If you would like to enter into only one division prior to March 1 2012, your single division fee is only $10
Important! - All participants must sign a Liability Waiver as part of the registration. You may electronically sign by checking the box below.
SHOT RECORDS
You will need current shot records to participate in the Florida Wiener Dog Derby.
In order to simplify our registration process, we are not requiring shot records at the time of registration.
We will ask you to bring a copy of your shot records with you to the Derby. We may check them at the divisional race check in.
A qualified veterinarian or assistant will be on hand to check for mixed breeds, or anything that may be a disqualifying factor for Derby racing.
This is a fun event, and we trust that participants, will be honest and forthright when entering their dog to race in the Derby.

PRE REGISTRATION PROCESS...
After you Pre-Register on-line, you will receive from us after a few days an email with your division(s) and race lane assignment(s). If you mail us your registration form(s),and liabilty waiver, we will mail your race assignmet(s) to you.
Bring these copies with you to the Derby for your records, in the case a verification needs to be made.
Please arrive to the Derby at least 1/2 hour before your assigned division is to race.
We will hold a divisional check in prior to your divisons racing. If you are not in attendance, you will not be able to race, and your racing entry fee will be forfeited to the Florida Wiener Dog Derby Inc.
